FREE FROM RESTRAINT

                           About the author: Lewis E. "Red" Kittell, 33rd Degree

      In 1968, following seven months of hospitalization resulting from combat wounds, the author terminated his military career to become a successful businessman in Reno, Nevada.  He received a history degree from the University of Nevada and has taught at high school and university levels.  His education includes advanced studies in philosophy and metaphysics as they relate to the cultural evolution of today's world.  He currently serves as the elected chairman of The Historical Resources Commission for the city of Reno.

     The novel Free From Restraint is the product of twenty years of research, communication and performance as an active officer in various elements of the Masonic Fraternity.  Until now the author's published works have been tailored for distribution within the Craft of Freemasons.

     His fraternal titles include Past Master, Past Venerable Master, Master of the Royal Secret, Knight Commander Court of Honor, Inspector General Honorary of the 33rd Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite and Honorary Member of the Supreme Council.

     He, his wife and three children are addicted to computer technology and wilderness camping.  His personal passions are vintage Fords and pre rap music.
